notifyMD is hiring Full-Time Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Chesapeake, VA! We provide essential support to our diverse clients, including medical offices and professional services.
This is an in-office position.

What You'll Do: Professionally handle incoming calls. Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone. Accurately gather and relay required information. Verify and enter details precisely into our system. Provide Tier 1 Tech Support and submit/review tickets. What We're Looking For:
A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone. Strong English communication (spelling, grammar). Computer skills in a Windows environment. Reliable attendance. Typing speed of 35+ WPM. Availability to work one weekend day per week. Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:

Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts Must be able to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun) Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
