Pay Range:

$65,000 - $150,000 / year

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, you will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand business.
• Accurately process transactions and deliver deposits timely with documentation.
• Connect quickly with clients, educate, and advise on suitable products.

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.
• Ambitious with a desire for advancement.
• Excellent communication skills.
