Pay Range:

$65,000 - $150,000 / year

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, you will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet sales goals
  • Build relationships with existing customers to expand business
  • Accurately handle currency transactions and timely deposits with proper documentation
  • Quickly connect with clients, build relationships, and advise on suitable products

The Perfect Match:

  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  • Ambitious with a desire for career advancement
