Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative

Location: Work from Home (California residents only)

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Rate: $23 hourly on W2

Equipment Provided: Standard laptop and necessary equipment will be supplied.

Schedule & Shift:

• Operations run 24/7; 40 hours/week.
• Must be open to working weekends.
• You’ll be assigned an 8-hour shift within below hours.
• Weekday shifts: Between 4:45 AM – 8:00 PM PT.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to resolve member issues related to:
• Prescriptions (RX)
• Primary Care Provider (PCP) concerns
• Benefits and eligibility inquiries
• Provide professional, efficient, and empathetic customer service.
• Accurately document and track interactions in the system.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with technology (computers, phone systems, and software tools)
• Previous Call Center experience
