Position: Call Center Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline communicator, interacting with our valued customers and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service while effectively managing a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
• Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
• Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.
