Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Cooperate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
