We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Call Center Technician to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical assistance to customers over the phone, via email, or chat. You will troubleshoot product or service issues, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customers calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or service issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
  • Log all customer interactions and updates accurately in the ticketing system
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure closure
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Support cross-functional teams when needed

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or technical support environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
