Peak Dental Services is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you’re a motivated individual passionate about helping people, this is the perfect opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Answer and assist inbound calls from new and existing patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff
• Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information
• Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules
• Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued

Work Hours

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)

• Hourly rates starting at 17.50+/hr

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for customer service and helping others

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit up to 7 hours per day
• Location: Call center/scheduling center located in Colorado Springs
• Business casual dress code
• USD $17.50 - USD $17.50 /Yr.
