Description

The Call Center is looking for persons interested in working graveyard (10pm to 6am) and weekend shifts. The Call Center serves the campus community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

• Man the phone switchboard
• Monitor fire alarm systems
• Take maintenance calls, emergency elevator calls
• Monitor 911 and campus blue light calls
• During cold months, take interval gauge readings on the campus boiler system
