What We Offer

  • Training $20 per hour, Regular Pay $18 per hour plus commissions and a monthly bonus
  • Full-Time Schedule Monday-Thursday, 10 am-6 pm, and rotating Fridays, 9 am - 4 pm, & Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm.
  • Paid Time Off Includes a floating holiday and your birthday as a paid holiday after 90 days.

Your Role

  • Outbound Calls Contact potential customers for Minnesota Rusco to schedule in-home appointments for our Sales Team.
  • Continuous Learning Stay updated on our home remodeling products to improve your success in securing appointments.
  • Flexible Brand Ambassador Take on additional hours representing our brand when needed.


What You Bring

  • Experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Strong focus and persistence in a call center environment, even during extended periods of stationary work.
  • Detail-oriented follow-up to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
