Call Center Representative – Sacramento, CA
LHH is teaming up with a customer-focused organization in Sacramento, CA in search of a Call Center Representative to support high-volume inbound customer service operations.

The ideal candidate is someone with at least two years of experience in a high-volume call center, who communicates clearly and confidently, and who can navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive customer experience. Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Provide product and service information, upselling where appropriate
- Meet or exceed call handling and quality performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
- Calm and effective problem-solving under pressure
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully onsite in Sacramento, CA
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour
