Part-Time Call Center Representative
Join the team – Weekend Availability Required
Are you a friendly, patient communicator looking for a part-time opportunity? LHH is hiring Part-Time Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support at our client's location in Hyattsville, MD. Positions will start immediately!
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting
Document interactions accurately in our system
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Shift Details:
Part-time hours from 12:30-4:30 (days of week vary)
All available shifts include weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
20 hours/week total
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior call center or customer service experience a plus, but not required
Reliable availability on weekends
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
