Part-Time Call Center Representative
Join the team – Weekend Availability Required

Are you a friendly, patient communicator looking for a part-time opportunity? LHH is hiring Part-Time Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support at our client's location in Hyattsville, MD. Positions will start immediately!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting

  • Document interactions accurately in our system

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals

Shift Details:

  • Part-time hours from 12:30-4:30 (days of week vary)

  • All available shifts include weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

  • 20 hours/week total

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior call center or customer service experience a plus, but not required

  • Reliable availability on weekends



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
