Job Description: This contractor will be part of the new customer service team with a specific focus on small business credit card customers.

Responsibilities

• Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small business credit card customers
• Handle a variety of needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding cardholders, adding admins, disputing transactions, etc.
