Call Center Representative Job at Sorinmedicalny in Virginia

Sorin Medical, the largest and fastest growing Cardiology practice in NYC, is looking for call center representatives who are fully bilingual in Spanish and Russian.

Job responsibilities include the following:

1. Field inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
2. Utilize EMR system and inter-office communication systems effectively
3. Quickly answer or properly refer questions and issues
4. Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
5. Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones, and data entry
