Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  2. Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, follow-up tasks, dispatches, and feedback.
  3. Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department following outlined guidelines.
  4. Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
  5. Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.
  6. Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional service and effective sales techniques.
  7. Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
  8. Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or university graduation preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • High proficiency in English (written, reading, speaking).
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
  • Willing to work nights, evenings, and alternate weekends.
