As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: $16.50 - $25.00 / hour
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional assistance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with customer management systems and office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
