Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional assistance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
