Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vendor Consultants to research substitutions and alternatives for products that are unavailable or backordered.
  • Understand other functional areas to assist callers with concerns.
  • Assist supervisor/trainer with on-the-job training for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday.
  • 1 year of call center experience.
  • Experience with MS Office.
