Qualifications
Administrative Assistant needs 5+ years executive admin assistant experience. Position is short term.
- Executive assistant with professional maturity
- Bachelor"s Degree
- Google G Suite
- SAP financial systems, WebEx, telepresence and/or video conference
- Microsoft Office product suite (particularly Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, as well as Docs, Sheets and Slides)
- Manage end-to-end phone/email correspondence and follow up on all messages/voicemail
- Collect all receipts and process expense voucher reports timely
- Attend
any necessary weekly meetings as assigned to take notes and to
understand priority for the week, including arranging critical meetings - Follow up and track project deadlines, special projects and deliverables for team
