Job Description
General Summary:
This position is responsible for performing customer-oriented telephone activities and various operational duties, such as account balance transfers, answering customer telephone questions and inquiries of a general nature, and performs routine operational duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High-school graduate with 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or operations role, preferably in the banking industry.
Skills:
The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively collaborating with other call center representatives, as well as bank customers. Problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to address operational challenges and enhance customer service delivery. Additionally, proficiency in multi-tasking on multiple software will aid in managing operations efficiently. Preferred skills, such as industry knowledge, will provide valuable insights into best practices and help in implementing effective solutions.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm (on rotation)
