This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Youu2019ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis. u00A0 Terms:u00A0Full-Time. Hours of operation:u00A0Monday through Friday 8am u2013 8pm Location:u00A0Office located in Brooklyn Park, MN Compensation:u00A0 For remote employees, we offer $16/hr. In office employees, we offer $20/hr.u00A0You will have the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in bonuses based on performance metrics
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
• Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
• Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
• Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
