Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and take patient messages.
  • Provide general information regarding visit instructions and expectations.
  • Maintain a calm, pleasant, professional attitude.
  • Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Customer Service experience
  • Other Skills and Knowledge: Basic computer skills, Data Entry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Type 60 wpm

Physical Requirements

  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
