In this position, you will:
- Oversee lead flow and ensure leads are converted to appointments for sales advisors
- Drive productivity and provide support to call center representatives
- Coach and support team to meet daily benchmarks
- Assist with lead setting and operate as a leader by example
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 2+ years of lead setting experience preferred
- Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong familiarity with call center technology, CRM systems, and data management software
