About Us
Our Client is a leading provider of commercial and industrial cleaning solutions in Singapore, delivering reliable, high-quality services to diverse clients across industries. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client visits and cold calling
• Prepare proposals, sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to support business growth
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet client needs effectively
• Provide insights and strategies to enhance account performance and revenue
• Assist in additional projects or initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; experience in cleaning services or facilities management is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with sales administration
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
