Job Function
This position is responsible for the operation of tools and equipment in various customer work sites for industrial and environmental cleaning.

Job Description
This position involves operating tools and equipment to perform cleaning tasks at customer sites. Responsibilities include setting up jobsites, using equipment such as water blast guns, vacuums, and lifts, and adhering to safety policies.

Essential Functions

1. Adhere to MPW Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
2. Arrive on time, in uniform, well-groomed, alert, and physically capable of work.
3. Set up the jobsite with necessary equipment and barricades.
4. Operate equipment including water blast guns, vacuums, lifts, and other tools.
5. Clean equipment before returning to the branch.
6. Demonstrate initiative in completing assigned tasks.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Maintain valid ID for site access.
2. Preferred experience with equipment or maintenance environments.
3. Experience performing manual labor outdoors.
4. Preferred 2-3 years of hands-on experience with tools or heavy equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform manual labor consistently.
• Maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
• Work in confined spaces and wear respirators if needed.
• Travel to multiple states for days or weeks, with shifts exceeding 8 hours.
