Responsible for maintaining all floor surfaces, removing trash, and moving heavy furniture.

Responsibilities

  1. Strip, refinish, and shampoo all floor surfaces, including tiled and carpeted areas.
  2. Perform trash removal services, including separating trash according to waste management and recycling policies.
  3. Move heavy furniture or equipment as assigned.
  4. Check and replenish all necessary items as needed.
  5. Train new employees in day-to-day procedures.
  6. Perform cleaning duties such as washing, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting assigned areas, including assuming all cleaning aide I duties as assigned.
  7. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Specifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months of job-related experience or equivalent preferred.

Schedule: M-F 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, EOH/EOH.
