Primary Function: Responsible for maintaining all floor surfaces, removing trash, and moving heavy furniture.
Responsibilities
- Strip, refinish, and shampoo all floor surfaces, including tiled and carpeted areas.
- Perform trash removal services, including separating trash using waste management and recycling policies.
- Move heavy furniture or equipment as assigned.
- Check and replenish all necessary items as needed.
- Train new employees in day-to-day procedures.
- Perform all cleaning aide duties, including washing, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting assigned areas.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Specifications
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months of job-related experience or equivalent is preferred.
Schedule: M-F, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, EOH.
