What You'll Do:

• Prepare work and staging areas for daily activities
• Supervise temporary labor in cleaning room and warehouse areas
• Maintain efficient flow of contents to the cleaning room
• Perform content cleaning and deodorization inspections daily
• Supervise and inspect the facility for cleanliness and organization
• Conduct weekly inventory of packing products and communicate needs to the Warehouse Manager
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and team to ensure smooth operations
• Update task management system with cleaning percentages and restoration status
• Inventory claimed contents, textiles, and other customer items as needed
• Supervise flow and quality of contents from subcontractors
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality control inspections before content return
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fire damage cleaning and restoration
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for late hours
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required
