What You'll Do

  • Prepare work and staging areas for cleaning room daily activities.
  • Supervise temporary labor in cleaning room and warehouse areas.
  • Maintain an efficient and constant flow of contents to the cleaning room.
  • Performs content cleaning and deodorization inspections daily.
  • Supervise and perform routine inspection of the facility for cleanliness and organization.
  • Performs weekly inventory of packing products and communicates ordering needs to Warehouse Manager.
  • Always adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other warehouse team members to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Update cleaning percentages and restoration status in task management system.
  • Perform inventory of claimed contents, textiles, and other customer contents as required.
  • Supervise flow and quality of incoming and outgoing contents from subcontractors.
  • Perform quality control inspection of contents prior to move back to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fire damage cleaning and restoration.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Details

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed.
  • Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required.
