Summary:

The Cleaning Crew Lead is responsible for leading and supervising a team of cleaning professionals in the daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities. The Cleaning Crew Lead will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards and procedures. The Cleaning Crew Lead will also be responsible for training and developing new cleaning team members, and for ensuring that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning professionals

• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Train and develop new cleaning team members

• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained

• Follow all company safety and security procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to follow safety and security procedures

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
