Help provide a warm, welcoming environment for staff and residentsalike as a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant atour Karri & Tuart Lodge and VivianBullwinkel Lodge facilities in Merriwa. As aKitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant with RAAFA, you will work closely and collaboratively with otherteams and clinical staff to ensure the needs and desires of theresidents are met efficiently and effectively. Whether it'smaintaining a clean and tidy state within the Residential CareCentre, providing clean linen and personal items or assisting withthe provision of meals, drinks and snacks, you will contribute tothe maintenance of a home-like environment for our residents.

Thisrole as a Kitchen/Servery/Cleaning Attendant will seeyou:
- Performing all foodhandling duties in accordance with Foodsafe HygieneRegulations
- Communicate withresidents and staff to ensure that meals and snacks providedmeet quality and choice expectations
- Assistresidents with choices from the menu as published
- Performcleaning duties as per the kitchen cleaning schedules anddocumenting when duties are completed
- Collect,launder, fold and return linen for residents as per thecleaning schedule
- Ensure thelaundry is clean, tidy and equipment is used safely andcorrectly
- Contribute to a safeworking environment by identifying or reporting all incidents,accidents and hazards
- Contribute tomaintaining a home-like environment for residents.

About you:
- Previousexperience working in a hospitalityenvironment
- Ability to workautonomously and with a multidisciplinary team
- Well-developedcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Abilityto relate to the elderly with empathy and understand theirneeds.
- Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills to effectively plan andprioritise work tasks.
- Enjoybuilding positive relationships with residents, their familiesand staff.
