ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Director of Catering, Cleaning, and Waste will oversee the delivery of these services for Boston 2026, including strategy development, procurement, contract management, and operational planning across all venues. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale event management, stakeholder coordination, and a strong leadership capability.

Location & Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Foxborough, MA, with frequent local and occasional regional travel.
  • Type/Term: Full-Time, exempt, 40 hrs/week through late Summer - early Fall 2026.
  • Reports to: VP Operations
  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate Catering, Cleaning, and Waste services, aligning with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and recruitment for service delivery teams.
  • Develop operational plans, reports, and post-event debriefs.
  • Oversee health and safety regulations and Food Safety legislative compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CCW services at international sports events.
  • Proven track record in large event management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and within reasonable commuting distance of Foxborough, MA.
