Residential House Cleaning Professional role at Molly Maid USA. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards. Follow our process to delight every customer. You can earn tips as well.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Make customers feel you care about their home and their experience.
• If serving as a Team Lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team\'s schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure the car is stocked with supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements to be considered for this position: Legally authorized to work in the United States; complete a background check; physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks; available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm; bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
