Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards. Follow our process and delight every customer. Tips may be earned.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Make customers feel cared for in their home.
• If applicable as a Team Lead (driving the vehicle): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate in English with clients
