What you’ll do

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards — follow the proven process to delight customers. You can earn tips too.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Make customers feel you care about their home.
• If you are a Team Lead (driving the vehicle): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with supplies.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
