Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Type: Contract to Hire, Full-time (8:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of the early childhood assessment team
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to support student needs
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop appropriate intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Worker endorsement required
- Professional Educator License (PEL) necessary
- Experience in early childhood assessment or healthcare-related social work strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, families, and school personnel
