Position Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for early childhood students
• Collaborate with educational professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
• Provide support and resources to students and families to promote well-being and success
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and healthcare guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Social Worker (SW) endorsement
• Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience in healthcare-related social work practices preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and staff
