StartDate: 8/11/2025 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2600.00

POSITION SUMMARY – Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Social Services Case Management in an acute inpatient rehab setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LMSW – licensed in TX; 2 years acute social work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – 3 years of inpatient rehab and acute experience; Can handle medically complex neurologic cases

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Tue-Sat

SYSTEMS – Epic

START DATE – ASAP
