Social Worker

StartDate: 9/22/2025 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2400.00

POSITION SUMMARY – Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Interviewing patients/families face-to-face; MDRs on each unit, every day; InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LMSW (licensed in LA); BLS; 1+ year acute hospital social worker/case management experience; Midas/InterQual experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge of area resources; NATE.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7A-3:30P with rotating weekends

SYSTEMS – Meditech/Midas

START DATE – ASAP
