Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented, compassionate Social Workers to support our patients at our psychiatric hospital in Greenwood, Indiana. Our social workers are vital to our patient care model and provide support to families, providers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
• Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Social Work (BSW) required; Masters of Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or Psy. D preferred.

Experience: Two to three years of social work experience in inpatient behavioral health setting or acute psychiatric setting.

Licensure: Current Indiana Social Worker license is highly preferred. Clinical Social Worker Licensure preferred. CPR and CPI certification obtained during orientation.
