What You'll Do:
Support residents’ emotional, mental, and psychosocial well-being
Complete assessments and social histories
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for residents’ rights
Identify and prevent abuse or neglect, ensuring resident safety
Be a vital part of a facility where your voice and compassion truly matter
What We’re Looking For:
LSW or CSW required
Long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
Comfortable using computers and working independently or in a team
