Overview

Complete Care - New Jersey is seeking a Social Worker to join our team. This role provides psychosocial support to residents and works with an interdisciplinary team to promote residents’ rights and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessments of residents.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents’ rights.
• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Social Services and Administrator.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge.
• Build and maintain rapport with residents and peers.

Qualifications

• Must have LSW or CSW.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Part-time, varied hours, including every Saturday or Sunday.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
