Evening Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurrent substance abuse and mental illness is required. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.

Requirements:

• Master's degree required.

• NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.

• Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.

• Experience with assigned patient population and utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/LCSW required.

• Experience treating concurrent substance abuse and mental illness required.

Salary Range: $39.683 / hr - $44.460 / hr (Commensurate with Experience)
