Responsibilities

• Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families
• Collaborates with providers, nursing and ancillary staff
• Connects patients with community resources
• Engages in practice that comply with regulatory standards, patient safety and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree and training commensurate with LCSWA or LCSW is required
• Master\'s degree is preferred
• LCSWA/LCSW is preferred
