Responsibilities

  • Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families
  • Collaborates with providers, nursing and ancillary staff
  • Connects patients with community resources
  • Engages in practice that comply with regulatory standards, patient safety and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Preferred Requirements

  • LCSWA/LCSW preferred

Applicants should possess a bachelor\'s degree and training commensurate with LCSWA or LCSW is required. Master\'s degree is preferred. Additional requirements include:
