What You'll Do
As a key member of our interdisciplinary group, you'll provide holistic care by:
- Assessing psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families
- Developing individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with our medical and counseling teams
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients, families, and staff
- Assisting families with navigating insurance and financial challenges
- Leading or supporting bereavement services and support groups
- Participating in continuous quality improvement efforts
- Ensuring timely and thorough documentation
- Responding to potential abuse/neglect concerns in collaboration with management
- Supporting orientation and training initiatives for staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)from a CSWE-accredited program (Required)
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Nevada(Required)
- Minimum of2 years of clinical experiencein a multidisciplinary setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and connect compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
