We're Hiring: Compassionate and Dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW- Nevada)
Location:Nevada
Schedule:Full-time | Flexible scheduling with after-hours support rotation

We are currently seeking aMedical Social Workerwith aMaster's in Social Work (MSW)from a CSWE-accredited program and anactive Nevada Social Work licenseto support our growing team.
What You'll Do

As a key member of our interdisciplinary group, you'll provide holistic care by:

• Assessing psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Developing individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with our medical and counseling teams
• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients, families, and staff
• Assisting families with navigating insurance and financial challenges
• Leading or supporting bereavement services and support groups
• Participating in continuous quality improvement efforts
• Ensuring timely and thorough documentation
• Responding to potential abuse/neglect concerns in collaboration with management
• Supporting orientation and training initiatives for staff, volunteers, and community partners

What You Bring

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)from a CSWE-accredited program (Required)
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Nevada(Required)
• Minimum of2 years of clinical experiencein a multidisciplinary setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and connect compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
