Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000

Work Environment: Onsite

Location: Schaumburg, IL

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process regarding new hardware and software updates
• Support IT projects and initiatives as needed, working closely with the IT Manager
• Assist in managing and maintain organizations SharePoint platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, laptops, desktops, etc
• Document tasks at a high level for all issues that arise
• Provide high end customer service to internal employees
  
  

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Qualifications And Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-3 Years of experience in the IT field focused on support and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues
• Experienced working within the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite and using IT service management tools
• Knowledgeable of Networking principles including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc
• Basic knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, mobile devices, and conferencing solutions
• Experienced providing high end customer service
