Job Summary:

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology-related issues to ensure system reliability and performance. This role provides day-to-day technical support with a focus on managing, maintaining, and resolving issues within the ERP and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
• Monitor and resolve Shopify issues in ERP system.
• Oversee and support EDI transactions, including ASN (856), Invoices (810), and Inventory Feeds (846).
• Maintain and update the back end of Shopify, including content and integration.
• Support Amazon Vendor Central operations and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize workload to address the most critical issues promptly.
• Document and update standard support procedures for internal use.
• Collaborate on special projects and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
• Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in IT
• Hands-on experience with Shopify platform and A2000 (or an Oracle based) ERP system, Amazon Vendor Central, and EDI preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations, especially returns and order fulfillment.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
• Ability to provide backend support for the Loop Returns platform beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science
• Professional certification
