IT Support Specialist (Bilingual Mandarin & English) – Irvine, CA / Fontana, CA
Location: Irvine, CA / Fontana, CA. JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, has announced plans to double its overseas warehouse space by the end of 2025.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network, surveillance, and IT systems across warehouse and office locations in North America.
- Assist in the deployment, setup, and maintenance of computers and hardware for regional offices and warehouses.
- Monitor and optimize network solutions (e.g., LTE, 5G), ensuring stable and reliable performance.
- Coordinate with global IT and procurement teams to source equipment, manage vendors, and support infrastructure standardization.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of systems, assets, and configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
- Solid understanding of computer setup, software installation, and peripheral configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., routers, IP configuration, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with Windows OS; knowledge of macOS/Linux is a plus.
- Experience with hardware/software installation, user support, and IT documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- May require M-F in-office work schedule with flexible time.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
