Responsibilities:

  • Answer Help Desk calls/email requests professionally and courteously
  • Provide on-site and remote Tier-2 end-user technical support
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance at multiple sites
  • Maintain detailed asset catalog per site
  • Train users on Desktop applications like MS Office, Adobe, and industry-specific apps
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, VOIP, and mobile phones
  • Create and deploy Windows images using SCCM and Microsoft Intune
  • Support mobility devices (iOS and Android)
  • Assist with application testing
  • Manage Active Directory and O365 hybrid domain accounts
  • Handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
  • Report activities, identify deficiencies, and suggest remediations
  • Collaborate with support tiers to troubleshoot network issues
  • Support on-premises changes, maintenance, and configurations
  • Maintain software and equipment for longevity
  • Contribute to IT and business initiatives, advising on best practices
  • Participate in emergency responses (including after hours)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding users

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
  • Understanding of systems and interfaces, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Proactive maintenance and equipment procurement skills
  • Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues and configuring IP/wireless networks
  • Maintain organized equipment rooms
  • Create and maintain IT knowledge base and documentation
  • Relevant experience and skills for the duties listed
  • Relevant education or training is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation reasonably believed to be paid at posting. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and business needs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' PTO eligibility varies. Pay is not guaranteed until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or commissions.
